Q 1-1 What kind of computer settings are required to play movies?
Minimum requirement for PC's
CPU clock speed: 300Mhertz or better
Memory (RAM): 256MB or greater
Network connection: Cable,DSL 

Minimum requirement for MACs
CPU clock speed: G4 800Mhertz or better
Memory (RAM): 126MB or greater
Network connection: Cable,DSL 
Q1-2 Do I need a special movie player ?
Most computers have Windows Media Player installed and that program will play all of the videos we have. You can also use your favorite player if you have one. WMV and ASF is the standard on Windows systems. You will have access to both formats.
Q1-3 Are movies downloadable after joining?
Yes. Downloaded movies pictures are smoother because it uses your own hard drive.
Q1-4 Buffering on my window media player takes a long time
Buffer speed varies due to the time of day. We recommend avoiding Japanese peak times which are 12:00pm -6:00pm.
Q1-5 I can't download on a MAC
Holding down ctrl key on top of the play button cause a function list to appear. Choose "download link to disc".
Q1-6 My download stopped suddenly. What is the problem?
Some anti-virus or firewall software may cause downloading problems. Temporarily, stopping these softwares might solve the problem. If the problem still persists, there might also be a network problem. Please contact your ISP for further instructions.
Q1-7 New movies are not showing up. Whats going on?
In Internet explorer, choose Tools -> Internet options -> and in Temporary Internet Options click settings. Choose "never" on the radio button and click "OK". Please go back to the home page and press the "Refresh" button on the top part of the browser.


Q2-1 Can I pay with Japanese yen or dollars only?
Currently we only accept dollars.
Q2-2 Which credit cards can I use?
We accept VISA / JCB / Diners Club cards.
Q2-3 How will this charge appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement is discreetly billed by DTI Services.


Q3-1 I lost my user ID and password. Please help.
Go to https://pw.allbrightinformation.com/?lang=enand enter your email address from the time of registration . We will send your registration information within 48hrs.

If you forgot your email address, please visit our customer service page and fill out our trouble ticket system.
Q3-2 I tried to log on several times but cannot login. Please help.
If you see an error message:"Cannot download xxx.wmv", most likely a type error. Please check your ID and password and try again. Make sure there are no spaces before or after your ID and password.

Follow these 3 steps and restart the browser.

1.Deleting cache
In internet explorer, go to tools -> internet options -> and click on delete cookies. Press OK to confirm.


2.Deleting cookies
In internet explorer, go to tools -> internet options -> temporary internet files -> and click on delete files. Make sure to check the checkbox stating "delete all offline content". Press OK to confirm.


3.Setting up security
In internet explorer, go to tools -> internet options -> security -> and click on privacy. Change the security level to "medium" and press OK.

Q4-1 I cannot join using join button
Make sure that all the fields are inputted correctly. No spaces, hyphens "-" and underscores "_" are allowed in any of the fields. If error message still occurs, write down the error message and contact ourcustomer support.
Q4-2 I put the wrong email address during registration. Can I change it?
Please contact customer support with your username, password, correct Email address, and if you remenber, wrong email address you registered with


Q5-1 Are the movies viewable after I cancel my account?
Our movies are DRM free and viewable after cancelling the account.
Q5-1 How do I set my cookie settings in Internet Explorer?
Please turn the cookies on.
